We actually got him from my niece, that lives next door to my dad. There were four pups. Three were out and about playing and wandering while we were there visiting. But my kids went UNDER the porch to fish out the scaredy-cat, mama's baby. Which I'm okay with now, because he is an absolute sweetheart <3 He really hasn't left my lap or side much since we got him.
We went to the park the other morning, hoping to beat the heat. No such luck. But we stayed and played for an hour or so anyway. Hot Rod would get down and roam around with no problems as long as we were VERY close by. He wanted to ride the see-saw, but just couldn't figure it out.

I got too far away from him, so he was running to catch up.
"I can't even climb the monkey bars! Gah!"
So completely precious! The one where you see head upside down with pup, is my favorite! Love it! What a fun time you must have had photographing these!
