{ORIGINAL}
{MY EDIT}
I tried to brighten this photo up. For some reason, it screamed summer to me. Maybe because we've already experienced some seriously sweltering hot and humid days here in East Texas. So I'm just in that frame of mind.
Okay... let me see if I remember all this. I am so scattered brained, and the kids interrupt me at least every 5 seconds :-)
In Photoshop CS5, I clone-stamped out the power lines. Then I played the action Wild at Heart from OSP's Bohemian Symphony. No tweaking, just left it as it played. Flattened the layers, then played the action Oh, Snap! from Totally Rad's ~ Daily Grind. Again, left it as is. Flattened layers again. From Florabella's Hazy Skies, I added the Cloud Overlay 1, multiply blend mode at 85% and cleaned up what was on the barn from that overlay. I also cropped it down some. And then, of course, added the wording. Like I said earlier, it just screamed summer to me.
I tried a few other textures, some pretty grungy, some not so much.
Just wasn't feelin' them.
And now looking at this, I see other things I should've done, or cleaned up, or not cleaned up so much!.
But I'm pretty happy with it. I think it looks pretty summery and bright.
So now I'm going to look at everyone else's edits.
This has been fun!
